How sweet is this flatbed?

This is a 1950 Chevy 6400 dually flat bed rat rod on a modern 70s chassis. It is powered by a 350 motor with a 400 transmission, with power steering and power brakes. I’m not sure this qualifies as a work truck, but man would this be a sweet truck to own. You rarely see these 1 1/2 ton Chevy trucks given the hot rod treatment. Here’s a cool walk around video of this truck:

Just wondering if this truck is on air bags or how was the front end lowered.

I am currently hoping to do the exact same thing to a truck that I own. I’ve got a 54 3500 but I just bought a chassis and cab from a 2015 3500 ambulance that I’m hoping to use for the conversion any other pictures that you have of this bill would be greatly appreciated. Specially how you mounted the cap to the frame, etc..
