Why is the red one a ’72?

William David Jones 1970, ’71, and ’72 are identical. If you look on the tail light, side marker, or turn signal lenses (if they haven’t been changed) they show the year of manufacture. Some of the underhood or door jamb stickers will show it too. At the end of the console it shows the horsepower rating and compression ratio and one can figure out the year by those. But outside one cannot tell.
