We cruised in a 53 GMC looked a lot like this in the late 60s, early 70s but ours had a pair of windows in he rear panels, it’s THAT or a Chevy!

I don’t much care for single cab PU’s (too claustrophobic), but if I HAD to pick 1 it would be the ’76 Dodge L’il Red Express Truck.
