i would say 65-69 mustang….either a trans am mustang or someone one watched gone in 60 sec one to many times, and no it is not illegal….think of 32 roadsters you have ever seen out at car shows or even on the road, it is only mandated (i believe in the 70’s may have been the 60’s) that all cars that are produced from car manufacturers to (even imports) have front and rear bumpers. there was a big stink about Porsche back when the 911 first came out, the gov wouldn’t allow them to be sold in the states(no bumper) a year later it grew a “bumper” basically a chunk of plastic and presto
