This ’64 Impala was my mom’s car. In 1965 my folks bought it from Halverson Chevrolet in Port Orchard, WA. I was 16 years old and in the 10th grade at South Kitsap High School. – They gave me the car in January 1970. It’s been in the family for 47 years and counting. – Here I am at 63 years with ‘myselves’ ready for another ride. – I’m the one behind the wheel! — R
