It’s a 70-73 Pontiac Firebird. Not enough picture to be conclusive, but could guess it is a Trans Am by a front spoiler. I see no decals though, or evidence of shaker scoop to confirm. Maybe it is a Formula. I’m not a Pontiac expert, but I don’t know that the Espirit model was available for this run of years. I’d guess it is not a base model Firebird.
