    Very nice custom Nash.Some people referred to them as “Bathtubs” because of the shape.Also, Andy, a Metropolitan is smaller than an old VW bug in size.It’s not mine, but I would sure drive it.

    This car is a 1949 Nash Ambassador with aireflyte styling.The skirted wheels are not unusual at all, as the original car in 1949 had them front and rear.George Mason, then CEO of Nash-Kelvinator, wanted the car to look modern, it still looked awful even in it’s original design.
