    Why do people answer when they don’t have a clue. The 59 and 60 are almost identical in exterior features and this car could be either. It is not a ’58 because of the absence of the simulated louvers on the hood and trunk strips as someone has noted. Guesses of all other years are just silly.

    Once again “1953” was the first year for the corvette. This vette in the picture “is not” a 53,54,55,56,57, or 58. It is not a 61,62,63, etc. It is a 59 or a 60. From what I am seeing it is a 1960. 1959 and 1960 look very much alike. And yes both years have chrome around the headlamps. Both cars came with a 283. 1961 had the hardbody trim around the headlamps. In 62 they cleaned up the front changed the grill and the rearend.1962 was the year for the stingray style tail lights. In 1963 they made the first stingray. They made the split window and the convertible. 63 was the only year they made a split window.1962 was the introduction of the 327. This being said the car in this picture is a 1960 283 with the air conditioning package…

    It’s a 59! The color is FROST BLUE which was a 59 color.
