Well, its been a year now and I’ve got the L92 6.2L LS engine feeling right at home between the fenders of the 65 SS. It couldn’t have gone smoother. The 4L80E shifts through the gears nicely, and I’ve got the turn-key reliability of a new car, with the uniqueness and style that screams classic. The end result? A perfect combination of old in new. Sure, some of the old guys will repent my wheel choice, or the fact that I pulled out a 327, but you know what? This car puts a smile on face from ear to ear every time I reach for the door handle, and that my friends, is the point.

Did mine in the 90’s only there was no ls then so I rebuilt my 327. Took a road trip with the family cross country! Good times!
Nice don't like the white!
All in all sweet

Nick could not have done a more perfect-o-mundo build. Hats off to you Nick. You might could have snuck a few suspension bits under there, but then, maybe you did.
Hope you get to enjoy it awhile, cause you will never have any difficulty selling it.
