My thoughts too…until I did a little research…the cowl induction hood was a option even with a LS6

This is actually my car. It is a true numbers matching SS 454 with the build sheet. How the car is in the photo matches the build sheet. It is not an LS6, it is an LS5.

I am a” PROUD” owner of the Classic Nation with my 68 Chevy Che.velle that I have owned since 1984 first car I’ve ever owned and still have it today.I am on my 2nd try at restoring it and this time I did it right I put new floors all new bushings body, upper and lower a-arms new gas tank all new weather stripping in process of replacing all the glass that is the hard part because my model they didn’t make very many.I have pictures on my page of it and I did the trunk like the bed of a Chevy and Ford bed with the wood strips and metal.
