While this is definitely a Coronet R/T, the Super Bee was introduced in 1968, not ’69.

Correct, there was a 68 Super Bee. The Super Bee was the counterpart to the Plymouth GTX (nicer trim, etc.) and the Coronet R/T was the counterpart to the Plymouth Roadrunner (stripped supercar)
