Love a well done heavily modified classic beauty. The operative phrase here is ‘well done’ and this is very well done.

It’s a 61-63 Ford Thunderbird. Hard to be more specific with all the modifications. The rear fender mouldings are gone so I can’t say for sure. My Mom had a ’63. Dark green with a black interior. Pretty good in snow coz it was such a heavy car! Loved driving it when she’d let me!

A heavily modified gen 3 T-Bird, 1961 to 63. Other than the wheel skirt in the back, it’s a gorgeous car. The skirt on this is more radiclal than those as they came off the line. “Unique in all the world.”

It probably has a 350 Chevy engine w/400 turbo or 4L60E transmission.

Hate the slammed versions of classics… really detracts from the beauty of the original!

Alan it would make you look so much less dumber if you actually knew what year and make the car was. its a 61 or 62 T-Bird. Not a 60. It also has a greatly modified roof taken from an early 60′s starliner which was done amazingly well. But im sure you can, and have done better otherwise you wouldnt be such a critic right?

it’s a ’62 or a ’61 with a ’62/’63 hood. No style line on door and rounded front fender instead of ’63′s squared-off fender with style line. . .just my two cents. Author ’58-’66 Thunderbird Authenticity & Restoration Guide
