Waver of Liability:

I hereby waive and release any and all claims or rights to claim for damages against any of the JM security services and Pinal county fairgrounds, Its officers, Central Arizona Fair Association , Fair Executives, Officers, Agents, Employees and Security Staff. I have been notified that participants involved in High Desert Showdown car and truck show are subject to immediate removal if any illegal drugs(s), weapon(s) are found on said person, passenger(s), or in said person(s) vehicle. I have also been notified that participants are subject to being photographed, and I agree to release permission of such photographs to publicize any future events for JM Security Services LLC.
