The first day of the Goodguys show was great! We’ve been snapping away with the pictures like usual. I’m on my way out the door to head over to the action.

With all of the recent activity on Classic Nation and people uploading lot of classic car pictures, I thought it would be fun to run a little contest to see who could upload the most classic car pictures starting right now and ending on April 1. We have seen some sweet hot rods, rat rods, customs, muscle cars, and cruisers from all over the country. Now is your chance to share some of your own pictures with the classic car community, and win a free ClassicNation t-shirt! Here are the rules:
1. The pictures that you upload have to be taken by you; you can’t grab them off of another website.
2. The pictures have to be of classic cars, not random pictures.
I’ll be sending out a free shirt for the person who adds the most classic car pictures to the site, and I’ll also be choosing my favorite picture and that person will also be receiving a t-shirt.
So lets see them! Now is the time to share all those great classic car pictures that you have taken at shows and events over the years. Signup to start uploading – it takes just a few seconds! Drop a line right here in the comments section if you have any Qs.

Kind of. More like “field find”. A fellow Classic Nation member Bob tipped us off to this rough-but-intact 1963 Corvette Stingray Split window that is sitting and apparently abandoned (just from the looks of it). There is no indication if this diamond in the rough is for sale or if the owner has plans for it.

Don’t you wish you could stumble onto something like this and trailer it home? Thanks for pointing this one out Bob. Feel free to let us know more details about it!
UPDATE:
We were able to dig up some more details about this really cool Vette. It’s a 63′ fuelie with 360 HP, 11:25:1 compression, matching numbers car! Its also high tach, rock crusher, 4:56 differencial. It’s all intact!

Wow. This is exactly the kind of treasure that every car guy dreams about finding.

Oh yeah; did I mention that this car has been sitting in this exact same spot untouched since 1975?

We are so close to the 5000 picture mark, I’m sure it won’t be but another week or two before we reach that many classic car pictures added to everyone’s favorite classic car website ClassicNation.com. Join the classic car community to check out pictures, comment, and add your own pictures! Be sure to snag the picture feed to be updated when new pictures are added to the site.
I just came across a really cool “barn finds” type website, Bring A Trailer. Not all of the cars shown on the website are actual classic cars in bars, but the ones that I have read all have interesting stories of being found and resurrected. So, if you get a few extra minutes, check the site out because it is worth it. Great job on the site guys!
