Classic Wagon in the Paint Booth

December 1, 2008 – 4:41 pm

Hugh has added some great pictures of this classic wagon in the paint booth getting ready for a fresh coat. I’m not sure if he’s the one who is doing the painting himself, but whoever it is looks like they have a really nice setup. Hey Hugh – what is that color called?

Picture Update: Members have added 4600+ classic car pictures to ClassicNation.com in the past month. Keep them coming! The snow is getting ready to fly over here in

Eastern Washington and I’ll need some hot rod pictures to keep me motivated throughout the long winter.

If you’re looking for a project to work on, here are a couple of cars that need some TLC; a Riviera and a REALLY rough old truck. A better idea; check out the classifieds to see what is on the market, or add your for-sale rod to the site.

  2. The color of the Nomad is a seventy’s corvette color with a couple little additions…I painted the car last year in my shop…That is me in the pictures…If you click onto my Blog and follow the comments there are a few more picture’s of what I do in my little shop….I have the shop set up as downdraft paint booth and the car on a 34 inch sissior lift which lets me set it right down onto the cement or lift it up 34 inches to git the lower parts….Glad you enjoyed the pictures….Hugh……
