Hemmings, CarTalk offer Classic Car Audio Discussions
March 7, 2008 – 10:29 amA few weeks ago I posted about the lack of available vintage auto podcasts on the web. A few days ago over on the Hemmings Blog, Daniel let us know about the 4th podcast in a new series that Hemmings has started up. I had the chance to listen to a few of these, and I must say that they are really well done. Kudos to Hemmings to jumping into this! I would love to see even more increased coverage of shows and events as the summer activity increases. Maybe even some actual event coverage with interviews with car owners and spectators?
I also was informed about a radio show called CarTalk that I have not had the chance to check out and review yet. The other reviews that I have read about these guys are positive; sounds like they know how to have a good time. This is the type of media that interests me the most, and I wish there was more of it available.
Does anyone else have a favorite classic car podcast or radio show that they would like to share? Let us know.

Not to be snide, but you must be the only car guy on the planet who doesn’t know CarTalk. They’re in, what, their 20th year?

I think I may be the only one. :) Honestly, I don’t listen to much radio, and when they started 20 years ago I was 4 years old. But, I am surprised that I haven’t heard of it up until this week.
Proscriptus - can you let me know what they are all about (Even if I am the only one with no clue)? Thanks!
