Flame Throwers for your Classic Car
January 16, 2007 – 4:29 pmThese days, many hot rods builders are putting kits on their cars that produce flames out of the exhaust. This is a simple modification and yields a great response from onlookers. There are many flame throwing kits available in the aftermarket world these days, though not many produce the great flames shown in the picture below. These kit is a flame thrower kit for a dual exhaust hot rod car or truck available from The Hoffman Group. After seeing many kits, I think that these are the best available and deserve some attention.

This actually is not my truck. This was at a car cruise in CDA, so I am not sure the exact setup of the flame throwers. If I come across this truck again, I’ll ask!

do not attempt to throw fire unless supervised by a veteran. If done improperly, you can seriously damage your engine, and/or hurt yourself, or others. The truck in the pic, is most likely using compressed lp. gas. therefore, the driver is currently sitting in a BOMB. choke flames wash out cylender walls, resulting in A BLOWN ENGINE. there is only one way to shoot fire relatively safely, and it is a well guarded secret. so bottom line is DON’T DO IT!!!!
