1957 Plymouth Belvedere Buried
August 10, 2006 – 5:09 pmI just read a story on Autoblog about the fine folks in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1957 when they buried a 1957 Plymouth Belvedere with all types of nostalgia from the era.
Apparently, they are going to be digging the car back up in 2007 – the 50th anniversary of the car being buried. What is even more fascinating is the car is supposed to still be in good condition!
I wonder if anyone at the car burying ceremony will be at the car digging ceremony?

Yes, several people are scheduled to be there who were there in ‘57.
