1963 Custom Impala
One of my favorite cars at the Goodguys car show in Columbus earlier this summer was Jack Matia’s custom 1963 Impala SS. This car is a true eye-catcher because of the striking roof - obviously not the stock one for the car.
The attention to detail on this car is evident for many of the little custom modifications, including the custom grille.
The interior of this car was tastefully done with the different colors that complimented the exterior perfectly.
I later found out that this car happened to be the cover car for the September issue of Custom Rodder!
For more info about this sweet Impala, grab a copy of Custom Rodder.

No commentsWhat Makes A Classic Car?
The people over at AutoBlog weigh in on what they think makes a classic car, which got me to thinking. What exactly is a classic car? Are there certain requirements that a car must meet to be considered a classic car?
In my personal opinion, a classic car is a car that is pre 1972. Now, I didn’t get this from anywhere specific, but I just think that that is a good cutoff for cars tbe considered classic.
I also think that cars can both be muscle cars and classic cars at the same time. A muscle car is just a subset of classic cars.
I also think that the terms antique cars and vintage cars generally refer to cars before the 1950s, but are also considered classic cars.
Does anyone agree with me?

I did a little searching on the internet for other sites that had pictures from the Goodguys car show in Columbus, and I stumbled on a great blog by Bob Kueppers. Bob has taken some amazing pictures from the car show, and I quickly saw that his talent is much more than just photography. On his other site IdeaAttic.com Bob has managed to modify his photos into some truly amazing digital images.
If only I could learn how to take pictures like this! :)
