I hate seeing a gorgeous classic ruined by being done in a modern style, receiving a crappy SBC, and auto trans. It’s just the lazy way to build a hot rod. That car needs a Flathead, or a Hemi, a 3 speed top loader, and a Halibrand rear end. And, for Christ’s sake, get rid of those hideous wheels!
1947 Ford Custom Coupe. Painted Black Cherry with ghost flames and accented with candy pinstriping. Small block 327 Chevy engine and Turbo 400 Trans.
